MYOCARDIUM NECROSIS MODELING BY CRIOTECNOLOGY

About 50 thousand of new cases of myocardial infarction are registered in our country annually. Perfection of methods of prophylaxis and treatment of this pathology should be based on adequate experimental models.

In the paper the technological stages of myocardium necrosis simulation in rats using cryomedical methods were reviewed. The influence of the obtained results on surgery access, diameter of cryoapplicant and cryoeffect duration was studied. The dependence of the myocardium cryonecrosis zone volume on the cryoeffect parameters was established.

Reproducing with high accuracy of topography and dimensions of myocardium necrosis zone using histological and ECG methods was shown and the possibility of formation of subepicardial and transmural myocardium necrosis was demonstrated as it is extremely important for pre_clinical study of different treatment methods.

Investigations of heart pathological changes in dynamics shown that an inflammatory reaction was developed in the zone of cryoeffect in myocardium, which in its turn was changed under the fibrotization processes with formation of connective tissue cicatrix.
