It was determined the storage of test strains M. аrginini, M. gallisepticum and A. Laidlawii in lyophilized state for a year results in raise of a level of protein oxidative modification. Regulatory mechanisms of lipoperoxidation intensity in membranes of delyophilized cells of strais M. аrginini, M. gallisepticum and A. Laidlawii are characterized by the reactions intensification of antioxidative activity and catalase activity inhibition and also by accumulation of protein oxidative modification derivatives of neutral and basic character. There was not revealed enough autologous antioxidative system of membranes of delyophilized mycoplasma cells for maintenance of native structure of membrane proteins and prevention of oxygen active metabolites influence. Therefore it is reasonable to consider the role of antioxidative system in protection of the cell membranes microorganisms not only as regulatory, but as prognostic as well. Results of work can be used as prognostic parameters in various biotechnologcal processes dealing with microorganisms biomass accumulation in media, enriched or limited according to any component and as quality control of immunobiological preparations by means of these the test strains.
