INFLUENCE OF FULLERENES C60
ON THE SURVIVABILITY OF BREAST CANCER CELL LINE MCF-7 DURING LONG-TERM INCUBATION

Effects of pristine fullerenes C₆₀ on breast cancer cells MCF-7 survivability during longterm cultivation were studied. Treatment with fullerenes C₆₀ (10^-5 М) resulted in increasing of the number of cells in G2/M phase, changes in cells morphology, decreasing of the number of survival cells and their synchronization in S-phase.
